At Beaumont Manor Care Home, our private, luxurious seaside home supports 82 residents with nursing, residential, and dementia care in a truly premium environment. We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) to join our leadership team.

What You'll Do:
Lead Clinical Care: Oversee and drive the clinical care within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
Enhance Resident Experience: Ensure residents and their families feel safe, respected, and supported, from initial assessment through to daily life within the home.
Drive Quality & Compliance: Support clinical governance through audits, care plan reviews, medication oversight, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards.
Support & Develop Your Team: Lead, mentor, and support nurses and care staff, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Step In as Needed: Confidently deputise for the Home Manager when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational excellence.
Be a Visible Leader: Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external partners, acting as a trusted clinical leader within the home.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Nurse: RGN with active NMC registration and strong clinical expertise.
- Clinical Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, or Senior Nurse within elderly care.
- Experience with the Elderly: Strong understanding of elderly care, dementia care, and complex nursing needs.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, clinical governance, and compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, support, and develop teams while maintaining high standards of care.
- Adaptable Leader: Confidence to step in for the Home Manager when required and support service improvement.
- Compassionate Approach: A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and improving residents’ quality of life.
